Committee Position Nominations
Nominate yourself or another member for a committee position using this form. Forms must be physically signed and received by the secretary no later than Monday the 21st July 2025. The last club meeting before the AGM is on Monday the 7th July 2025.

Proxy Voting
Nominate another member to act as your proxy if you are unable to attend the AGM but would like your vote counted using this form.
