Monthly Club Competitions
2024 Competition Set Subjects Definitions
Competitions are held on the second Monday of the month meeting.
A full set of rules are available by clicking here. Changes to the previous rules are highlighted in Yellow.
Competition entries must be submitted by midnight on the Saturday BEFORE the 4th Monday / Activity night club meeting. No late entries will be accepted after this time.
DPI Images
DPI images should be sized according to the competition rules.
Max 1920px x 1080px
PRINTS
Prints should be mounted IAW Section 8 of the rules. Standard Small prints should be checked to ensure they will not damage other prints in the box. eg, wet glue, exposed tape, etc.
In addition to entering your physical print, you must also enter a digital copy of the image via the contest pro website. It should also be sized according to the competition rules.
Members should ensure that images for set subject competition meets the definition set out in the syllabus.

It is essential that all entries for any Interclub are submitted to Essendon Camera Club via Photo Contest Pro and prints are handed to the ECC Competition Secretary. All entries will be judged by the selection panel and successful entries will be notified by email and submitted to the competition on your behalf
DO NOT SUBMIT ENTRIES DIRECTLY TO THE HOSTING CLUB AS THESE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please ignore any procedure for submission detailed in the document.
