Meeting location – Car Park Todd Road (Opposite the Go Kart Track)
Meeting Time: 11.00am
Find the Park along the Eastern Banks of the Yarra River, under the Westgate Bridge.
Limited parking is available within the park off Todd Road.
Toilets on Todd Road as well as Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne, The Salt Lake.
Westgate Park is best known for it’s Pink Salt Lake in the Summer Months located in industrial Melbourne right next to the Westgate Bridge. In the cooler months the lake returns to its normal colour.
It may not be turning pink anymore as they do not know why.

Some paths are shared with cyclists. The unsealed paths take you past lakes and wetlands full of plants and animals and lots of bird speciies as well as the Earth Series Sculptures by Lyn More.
