Festival officially opens at 4.00pm and professional rodeo opens from 6.00pm however between 4 and 6pm there will be plenty of activities in the arena.
I have been told by the organisers that the best position for great photography at the arena is on the fence line we are allowed to stand and roam around.

However once activities start I am sure we will all be roaming around photographing.
